A few international incidents have, however, managed to trickle through the “national security” media veil, albeit from “fringe” sources that few Americans access. The first two incidents occurred in India and Nigeria, the last in China. On June 29, 2009, two Ukrainian AN-124 military cargo aircraft leased and operated by the U.S. Air Force/CIA were forced down in India and Nigeria. China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force immediately told Indian and Nigerian intelligence that the U.S. was spraying biological agents, possibly H1N1 swine flu virus. India Air Force had been alerted by the AN124 pilot changing his call signal from civilian to military while preparing to enter Pakistani air space and had forced him to land in Mumbai. Apparently, both aircraft had waste disposal systems able to hold in excess of 45,000 kg (100,000 pounds). A sophisticated network of “nano-pipes” led to the trailing edges of the wings where horizontal stabilizers dispersed the contents of the waste tanks in an “aerial-type mist.” When the U.S. demanded the release of both aircraft, India complied immediately but Nigeria didn’t—at least until one of its major oil pipelines was blown up.

Haiti had been the first nation to walk out of the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference after a Danish text leak revealed that Kyoto Protocol carbon tax collections would not go to developing nations but to the World Bank and IMF, and that developing nations would be forced to take out “green loans” and go further into debt.
In New Zealand, mass whale beachings are almost certainly due to seismic survey vessels working for international oil and gas and using single-beam echo sounder bathymetry, side-scan sonar, sub bottom profiler, and digital seismic data-gathering instruments. Then there are the squid washing up on Santa Cruz, California beaches a few miles from the U.S. Army Presidio of Monterey, and the 18 million red-winged blackbirds that dropped as one from the sky exactly at midnight New Year’s Eve 2013 in Beebe, Arkansas, 70 miles from Little Rock Air Force Base.
“I think what we are seeing is a mass extinction of the red-winged blackbird. Almost every able bird that could travel across North America came here tonight and died,” [University of Arkansas at Little Rock] ornithologist Mitch Brenner says. “I believe fewer than 500 of the species remain. We will have to study further, but it is likely that the numbers are below the amount needed to sustain existence.62 [Emphasis added.]
In 2011 in the same area, thousands of red-winged blackbirds dropped dead and the blame was attributed to 63,000 metric tons of Phosgene “test dispersants,” a poisonous gas that explodes the lungs. It was relocated from Iraq to the Pine Bluff Arsenal.63
